The jewellery featured on this web site is all hand made and designed by Glynis and we will try our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible, normally within 2 days of receiving your payment. In many cases you will receive it within a week, though please allow 14 days before enquiring, especially for Jewellery being posted to the USA and Europe.

If for any reason we cannot dispatch your jewellery within two days, we will contact you immediately by e-mail to let you know the expected waiting time.

We accept cheques and postal orders through the post, or you can use the NOCHEX or PayPal payment system if you prefer.

Spanglez Jewellery does not see your card details at any time.

Goods are packaged carefully, but in the unlikely event that you receive anything damaged, please return within 10 days of receipt for replacement. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you may return any item (except custom-made) for any reason within 7 days of receiving it, provided that it has not been used and is returned in its original packaging. Please note that all postage costs will have to be borne by the customer except in the case of faulty goods. We also reserve the right to deduct 25p from the refund to cover the fee we have to pay to PayPal for the transaction.

Under no circumstances can earrings be returned unless faulty, due to hygiene regulations.

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure items for return are packaged securely, especially for items in gift boxes which could be crushed if not protected. If we receive a item for return which has been damaged due to poor packaging (this includes the gift box), an amount will be deducted from the refund to cover the damage.

Custom made orders

We will be pleased to quote you for custom made jewellery. Just email us at info@spanglez.com with your requirements.

All items can be made up to fit a specific size and we ask that you state this on your order if you are ordering by post using a cheque or postal order.  If you are using NOCHEX or PAYPAL then send us a seperate e-mail confirming the particular requirements and we will tie that up with you payment confirmation when it arrives with us.

 In particular, we would like you to state the circumference measurement of your neck when ordering chokers, necklaces or matching sets.  All necklaces and chokers are made to a standard size and contain extra chain links at the clasp for a small amount of adjustment, however having your measurements provided will make for a far nicer fit.

The pictures on the website give a good representation of the items, but remember that markings of stone will vary slightly due to their being a natural substance.
